Salvatore Pizza was founded in 2010 by the Salvatore family, who brought their traditional pizza-making techniques from Naples, Italy to California. What started as a small family-run pizzeria has grown into one of California's most beloved pizza delivery services.
The Salvatore family's journey began when Grandfather Antonio Salvatore immigrated to the United States in 1967, bringing with him closely guarded family recipes and a passion for authentic Italian cooking. After years of working in various restaurants across the country, Antonio's son Marco decided to honor his father's legacy by opening Salvatore Pizza in California.
Today, Salvatore Pizza combines traditional Italian techniques with California's innovative culinary spirit and commitment to fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. Our dough is still made using Antonio's original recipe, fermented for 48 hours to develop perfect flavor and texture.
While we've embraced modern technology to improve our delivery service, we remain committed to the artisanal approach that makes our pizza special. Each pizza is hand-stretched and baked to order, ensuring that you receive the highest quality product every time.
We never compromise on ingredients or preparation methods. From our imported Italian flour to locally-sourced produce, we use only the best.
We treat our team members, customers, and community like family. This means respect, care, and going the extra mile to make sure everyone feels valued.
We honor the traditional pizza-making techniques passed down through generations while embracing innovation that enhances our craft.
We're committed to environmentally responsible practices, from our eco-friendly packaging to our locally-sourced ingredients and energy-efficient operations.
